The library in Borlänge show up Wednesday 26th of November a fine exhibition of carpets from Alice Lund Textiles.
When we were in the studio this weekend we saw a brand new, rölakansmatta with fine blends of fields (see photo).
The library was shown rölakan, rosepath and photos of several interiors made over the years.
We wish ALT (Alice Lund Textiles) good luck and will return with a reportage in the VÄV-Scandinavian Weaving Magazine 2/15.
Some highlights of the exhibition:
From left Frida Lindberg, owner of Alice Lund Textiles front of a rölakansmatta woven at Alice Lund Textiles.
New rölakansmatta, design Alice Lund.
An interior of the exhibition, quite right retro with samples for drapery delivered to the Embassy in Beijing.
The carpet is another variation of the one in the middle.
Below, a classic rug, “Lund-carpet” in the rosepath. Traditional yet completely private, as it should be at Alice Lund!
